General Guidelines and Paw-licies
We’ve established the following guidelines to help ensure your safety and enjoyment while in our park and the same to our other guests.
Check-In/Check-Out:
RV and Tent Campsite
Check-In: 12:00 PM; Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
Lodging
Check-In: 4:00 PM; Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
Speed Limits:
The speed limit is 9 1/2 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests.
Firewood:
Firewood is not permitted to be brought into the park. We have wood for sale in the store.
Pools and Water Zone:
Lifeguards are on duty during regular operating hours. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
Site Occupancy:
Only one RV or tent is allowed per campsite. Campsites (RV and Tent) allow for a maximum of six people per site. Maximum occupancy for lodging accommodations is the maximum number of people they are rated to sleep.
Pets:
Pets are welcome at Brody’s RV Park. Please always keep your dog leashed except while in the fenced dog park. Pet waste must be disposed of in receptacles provided. Do not leave your pets unattended outside your RV. Barking or aggressive dogs are not allowed.
Quiet Hours:
Please observe the ground’s quiet time from 11 PM – 8 AM.
Refunds:
Sorry, no refunds for early departures. At check-in, we honor the period of time you requested for your campsite or lodging unit. Camping is an outdoor experience, and accordingly, we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.
Cancellations:
Cancel 8+ days before your check-in date, and we will issue a refund, less a $30 service charge.
Cancel 7 days or less prior to your check-in date, and you forfeit your entire deposit. No refund will be given.
The Fine Print:
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
